10k Hearts
went to a luau tonight. had the most spectacular evening all thanks to a bright light named Alexa. She's a seven year old Rock Star who had her parents and brother as an entourage. Ya see, she just finished a round of therapy and this is her Make a Wish, wish. To bring the family all the way from Boston and spend it soaking up the Maui sun.
she and i hit it right off and were best-ies by the end of the night. i knew her back story right away and we recognized each other on a spirit plane. I acknowledged her awesomeness and thanked her for choosing the journey she was on and understood it was also about her families path and choice to walk together.
her vibrant life and booming character made the night and the moments we shared that much more life changing. the gems of the night were at the end when she came around the table and gave me, or my leg rather, a hug. wanting a proper two armed hug, i sat down to enjoy a scrumptiously delectable hug.
i asked her to promise me to stay sparkly, shiny and bright and she said she would. the other, which will remain with me forever, walking away for the night and turning back to share one more piece of aloha with them. i told them about the expression of alo-ha. where aloha is the ritual of sharing one's mana or breath of life with another. for alo means face to face and ha means breath of life.
alexa was sooo eager to do it with me and her presence will stay with me and echo out into my days with inspiration and gratitude.
and with that, i introduce 10k Hearts Love a non-profit designed to get 10k hearts to love over the next 5months leading up to solstice 2012. there is a follow along training program created to slowly increase the time spent focusing on unconditional love from one minute daily to 10minutes come december. i am all about holding and raising the frequency and what better frequency then that of unconditional love shining from 10k hearts?
this is my life's work to spread love in as many forms as possible to as many people who wish participate in the giving and receiving of Love. thank you
