i worked out. i swear. i am so sore because :
i ran a mile and a half.
did stair master for 10 minutes
did the areobic bike for 10 minutes
and total gym for 30 minutes.
my abs kill.
my armpits are sore.
all because of this :
i want to do it again.
it hurts. but its so good it hurts.
afterwards i bummed around like whoa.
went some places with my mom.
came home and got my retarded reportcard.
lowest : 61
highest : 100
I HATE ACADEMICS.
but haha my average is a 76.4
and im still not grounded.

josh came over and we watched tv.
miss alabama was 1st runner up in miss usa paegent !!! woop.
