Goal #2 Reached & passed on the way to Goal #3

I am sitting here watching the food channel. I do not want anything on the screen. I am full from inner 4 chicken Wings. I need some veg to make my diet work.I will get some tomorrow.

I am now a normal size for me. I am a size 12, which means I can run without pain. I am quite happy running, but I need to sleep early so I can get up before rain. Or maybe it will be a treadmill day. I just needed to express my joy at meeting a goal.

My next goal is to lose more weight and gain muscles. I am 60 lbs down, and I am on cycle 3 of my diet. Happy days. I hope the next couple of weeks will be fruitful. Muscles & strength.
