How many months has it been since I've updated my LJ? With my new job, and the open-plan office, I just don't have the ability (or the inclination) to slack off anymore. Here's a quick update of what I've been up to:
- Organizing a huge stakeholder consultation on the renewal of one of the most popular neighbourhoods in North America (or that's what the publicity says)
- Growing a baby: I'm 19 weeks! Or in other words, my pants don't fit anymore!
- We just booked an all-inclusive 5-star holiday in a resort in Cozumel. I'm worried it's going to be full of fat tourists and I'll get bored out of my mind. But it's the first beach do-nothing holiday I've ever had in my life. And it was pretty cheap, too. Usually I go on holidays where I run around trying to see everything and do everything and I come back more exhausted than when I left. We can't really afford it, but it's the last holiday I'll be able to take for a few years now :(
I get really worried watching Nanny 911.
