they were over here in the hood (excuse me, "barrio") filming not too long ago.
we couldn't figure out why.
what does cicero have that east la doesnt have?
snow and mexicans, perhaps.

yes he sleep during the comercials..power naps..but spoong-boob don't sleep way to much..Mr.Krabs are driving him hard.
