ho shit it's a post!

i need to sort this mofo out. well, all of my characters really. but ronon's first since he's my first and main <3

i'll be updating this as i see fit. may will contain spoilers of stargate atlantis. i try to keep ronon up to date with the show. currently atlantis season 5 is underway and has been announced to be the last season of stargate atlantis evar ;______;

canon time-timeline: 5x06 - "the shrine"

chronologic canon:

before atlantis - sateda, life on the run

learnt to track and hunt by the age of 6. taught by his grandfather who died of a parasite in his brain.

becomes a soldier. eventually goes to the rank of "specialist" i.e. elite soldier and commands his own unit.

marries melena the nurse (ronon hasn't admitted to her being his wife - "wife?" "close enough" - but the actor calls melena his wife XD)

sateda is culled by the wraith. melena blows up in front of ronon after refusing ronon's demand that she escape and live. the satedan army fights back against the wraith and the wraith destroy the planet. everyone dies except for about 300 satedans.

ronon is captured during the culling. his extreme defiance towards the will of the wraith spare him from being fed and is then made into a runner.

ronon the runner. wraith put a tracking device into ronon's back, set him free and hunt him down. ronon eventually begins to hunt them back.

during his seven years as a runner, ronon stops at a village for a night. he gets nursed back to health and leaves. later finds out that the village was culled by the wraith.

runs into john sheppard's team on a random planet. dr beckett removes the tracking device from ronon's back while he's awake and without anaesthetics - ronon didn't trust them at all and held a gun at teyla the whole time without flinching. goes back to atlantis with the rest of them.

atlantis

discovers that his planet was wiped out and believes himself to be the only survivor. with no where to go, john convinces ronon to join the team

has a long adjustment period to life with people. teyla plays a big part in guiding him back to normal-er life. lots of sparring and him teaching fighting techniques to base marines.

goes on a trade mission to belkan with teyla. fucks up the deal but still gets their way. runs into an old friend from sateda. finds out that there were 300 survivors spread through out the pegasus galaxy. also finds out that kell, his old task master (zomg mentor), survived and trades on the planet often. arranges a meeting with kell, and kills him as soon as he sees him. teyla gets ronon the fuck out and pulls a knife on him demanding he explain himself. ronon explains that kell was a coward and traitor and killed off thousands of people to save himself. teyla forgives ronon this time but places a warning for the next time it happens.

gets hopped up on wraith enzyme. gets in a fist fight with teyla over food. goes on a stupid mission to a wraith hive ship. gets captured. comes crashing down off enzyme. throws a bunch of hidden knives. escapes wraith hive ship.

atlantis has a bright idea and manages to turn a wraith into a human. ronon hates the wraith and gives the new amnesiac human, "michael", an especially hard time. because of this, michael realises that he's not really human but is instead a wraith. michael escapes and begins his reign of terror over the galaxy.
