anxious about being unprepared for my first half marathon

Hey everyone!

Im due to do a half marathon on the 1st of May. As some of you might remember i sort of hit a wall in my training. Id been going great, running 3/4 times a week, cross training, doing some weights, playing sports.... then out of nowhere it got too hard to keep going and my body just stopped. i ran my last long run on the 10th of April, which was only 11 miles... since then i did
cross training the 11th,
5 miles on 12th,
13th and 14th rest
Match on the 15th
16th and 17th rest (well so called rest... i redecorated my bedroom)
 and 5.4miles on the 18th
today rest (feeling anything but rested)

I feel like my last week or so of training has been absolutely awful and definitely not according to my original plan... by now i should have another 12 miles under my belt. The furthest i have ever ran is 11 miles and coming up to my first half marathon what should i be doing in the last 11 days... ( i will be on a holiday the monday to thurdsay before it... the race is on a sunday)
