Ok I haven't counted calories for today so here we go:
-breakfast: 300
-agilities at school (fucking hard!!!): one hour of constant movement, of course idk how many calories, I'm just going to say 300- it'll take care of bfast anyway
-other exercise at school: (45 min walking, 10 min bike, 5 min elliptical, 6 weight machines (3 sets of 10-15 reps), mini ab workout)- approximately -400
-supper: 1 bowl veggie stew (guess? 350), salad (200), 1 piece cornbread (80)
NET right now: +230 Good!
I'm not going to work out again tonight because I already have twice today and I'm ALREADY sore from agilities!!! I shudder to think of what it's going to feel like tomorrow morning...
I think I'll just do some stretching and ab work in my room before bed.
I may even allow myself a coffee drink later tonight, since my intake is so good today :)
Planning to weigh myself tomorrow...kind of scared. I know that the way things have been going lately, I should have lost some weight by now, but I have also been working out so much I'm afraid my weight might not be much different because my body composition is changing along with my mass. Less mass but higher % muscle may balance each other out...hope not. That would be really discouraging. But I can't really do any better than I've been doing, so I guess I'll just see where it takes me and hope for results eventually.
Kirkwood has started and, once again, I am on the verge of blowing my brains out from boredom for several hours every afternoon, but I guess that's the way the cookie crumbles... :D
Otherwise nothing to share. My full six-pack! is starting to peek! Ohh yeah!!!
