Oh, what a failure am I.
I was doing so well too.
Woke up at 11:00 and had a moderate amount of spaghetti for breakfast/lunch. Later I had a French Vanilla coffee drink, only 155 cals. I walked on my treadmill for 45 minutes, burned 400 calories, and for supper I had only one and a half bowls of veggie soup, leftover from yesterday b/c mom didn't feel like cooking. Definitely less than 1000 calories. But then, oh thennnn...
naps are stupid. They are supposed to make you feel refreshed, but not me! When I take a nap of an hour or so, like I did this evening, I invariably wake up hungry and pissed off for no apparent reason. Which is exactly what happened. So then, commence to an 800 calorie binge on popcorn, bread, and cheese.
Fml.
And I am soooo not the type of person to say something cliche like fml, but right now.... definitely fml.
Tomorrow I start restricting hardcore. I was thinking of starting ABC, but as dramatic as this sounds, I don't think it's punishing enough. I deserve a lot worse. I deserve to starve.
So tomorrow... let the starving commence!
