Living in the past is bad?

So it was Ian's birthday like a week ago so i decided to make a card because I'm an amazing friend like that. Well after not only forgeting my best friends birthday I also went on to forget the card like 4 days in a row so I decided to write him a note in it. It included me looking back on the past 3 years of my life, well basicly fromt eh 1st day of 8th grade until now. I realized how much I have changed, not just my personality and outlook on life but also my relationships with people. Some I have slowly drifted apart from, some ended quickly in fights and such and others have become so much stronger then I would have ever imagined. This is helped to shape me into who I am today and who I choose to trust and who I don't. I also have met so many amazing people since the begining of high school who I will never forget. One of my best desions ever had to be choosing to become more involved in 4-H it really is an amazing program. The kids in it are all great people and I have met so many others just though friends of friends. But back to what I was tlaking about, the past, I just wnated to tell everyone that everyone changes, sometimes for the better sometimes for worse, but in the end what you decide will effect you and for the most part turn out similar to what you wanted even if you did not know it before.
