So...I took 2 days off because of knee pain. Tuesday I woke up to knee pain so figured I'd take a day and let it go. Probably overdid it Monday. Wednesday same problem. I would have tried to run on it Wednesday but its the one I had problems with before so I'm kind of cautious with it. Sooooo took 2 days off. Mer.
3 miles today. 3.1 technically. Not bad, 8 1/2 minute mile pace. I'm kind of wondering what would happen if i pushed it but I'll take it easy for now.
Next race is May 7th....
