I am finall home to finish my day! I dont even know what I did wrong at work! but I screwed up!!! I checked in a reservation to the wrong name, but I dont understand how I did that if I verified the departure dates and everything!!! it's crazy!!! font desk is extremly hard and I would like to say, you better be nice to the people that help you in any business!!! weather it be food, hotel, retail ANYTHING!!! it is incredibly difficutlt to deal with the public so be nice assholes!!!
