What an inspiring title eh? *chuckles*
Seriously, thus far its been a good day for me. I feel rested for the first time in something like a week. I slept maybe 10 hours, which is about the norm for me, but for some reason it just seemed very restful. And when I woke up, I actually felt happy. There's something that's very rare for me.
I'm still working on my story, but I've got an idea for a little short piece. Right now, I'm researching names so I can find three that will work. I even have a title, "The Tale of Three.". Like most of my stuff, it's going to be fantasy; that just seems to be the genre I'm most comfortable with. With any luck, I'll be able to start working on it soon. If I had any confidence left in my drawing abilities, I might try sketching out the characters as I have some pretty interesting ideas about how I'd like them to look. Maybe I can get one of my friends from Dystopia to give me a little help. *shrugs and smiles* We'll see.
I had a dream about painting last night, so maybe the creative urge will hit me soon and I'll be able to finish the two pieces I have started. The biggest obstacle right now is that I don't have any ideas about how I'd like them to look. And I find that unless I have some direction, the figure usually comes out looking rather awkward.
Anways, I wanted to do a quick entry before I log off. I need to do a few things around the house and then grab a shower.
