A Baby, Vancouver, Edmonton, France, and a Bike.

First off, congratulations to traceylee, Craig and their new baby girl, Emmeline! She's amazing!

I went to Vancouver this weekend to do a Boat Rescue Award. It's a lifesaving course that I need for my sailing instructor qualifications. We did it in West Van, where the water is mega-deep, which also means mega-cold. Fortunately the swimming test only takes 10-15minutes, but still. Damn cold.

It's bike to work week in Kelowna. This is nice because I like riding my bike anyways, and they feed me breakfast.

Megan's back in Edmonton for the summer. This makes me sad.

Mom and Dad are now in the Loire valley in France. This makes me happy and jealous.

The owner of the condo I'm buying is faxing over the last of the contract and leases so I can get my mortgage broker moving, and get the inspection and appraisal done. I've also got to get the numbers and promotional materials ready for potential JV partners.

Look at me! I'm posting!
