It just dawned on me, that I haven't posted here on LJ for quite some time. Christmas..to be exact...
I had a half decent day today. It was nice, to be able to see the sun shining, all the while I had many an errand to run. Usually on my weeks off, I typically have to drop off my time sheet at work. I can usually wait until the last minute (always 1/2 hour before they are due)on a Friday, but because of their wierd holiday schedule - it was due today. So, that was something I did all before noon...
Today was Lady Madonna and Lucys' first ever appointment at the dog groomers. I was slightly nervous about taking them there...not because of the groomer...but I was hesitant on how they would react. Seems like the bigger one was more of a wuss than my sweet precious Madonna. Kudos to the little one! They looked so different from when I dropped them off! I even couldn't help myself when I bought them new collars today. Now my two little girls are sporting Ed Hardy...hehe
Stopped by my moms when I dropped the pups off earlier. I'm sure she was sleeping or wasn't home. Either way, there was no visit. Afterwards, I went to my daughters. She knows where the bear came from....
Seeing I had so much time on my hands, I opted for a walk at the museum. I always love walking past Trudys Garden, as the long windchimes hanging throughout the trees has always been so mesmerizing to me. I suppose that's why I have five different windchimes in different octaves hanging on the ceiling of my bedroom. There's nothing like a spring breeze blowing through a room, as you lay all comfy on your bed..and listening to the melodious sound resonating throughout the room as you simply feel blissful and at peace. Yeah...nothing like it...
The next few days look promising (along the lines of the weather temperature)so maybe I can find a few new photography subjects to shoot - if I go any where this weekend.
