• #1~ You must be a rune master. It's a big rule, you can't really seal demons unless you are one. And I am one.
  
• #2~ You must have rune tattoos. ... Tattoo, even. At least one~! That's where demons have to be sealed. Makes sense, doesn't it? No tattoos, no seals, no demons?
• #3~ Never take on a demon

It was more the equivalent of waving a red cape at him over a handmaiden with a seal, and then pulling it away really quickly. Kind of. Maybe.
