Pony Power
Sooo that little survey thingy brought back some memories. ^^
I've:
- Had my own Radio Show
- Sat in the first row at the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Premier in NoHo (I walked the red carpet, muha)
- Protested the gulf war, and other polital issues in real protests (Signs, sandwhich boards, chanting)
- Been on TV, in the Newspaper and other media for various things
- Listened to Nelson Mandela speak live at a rally in Mass
- Been a witness in more then one Mock Trail for Cornell's Law Students (I was a favorite of the professors)
- Was the first minor to ever be issued a campus ID at Williams College
- Had some of my artwork showcased to be displayed with a concert up in Norfolk
- Got an invetion idea published in Cricket (I got an HM)
- Have been operating and using computers since 1990
- Have had some of my recipies published in a cookbook that had sold a shitload of copies
- Been in the Choir in Ithaca
- Taught Sunday School
- Was one of 4 kids picked out of over a 100 to do the Christmas service and read aloud and narrate the x-mas service.
- Taught my mother, uncle, siblings and some friends how to use a computer.
- Danced, rode in the background and worked in a childrens sing along video *shudders* (caught forever as overweight and out of shape
- I've broken my arm, nose, tailbone (more then once), and a toe
- Been in two major bike accidents
- Been in quite a few minor car accidents
- Survived being thrown 10ft and being trampled, having a galloping mare slam into my back, being dragged up a driveway by a 16 hand TB, turning blue and falling over when I was 3 (woke up in an oxygen tent) and other various incidents
- Have vaulted off a galloping horse and landed perfectly on my own two feet
- Ridden bareheaded, and barefooted at a gallop
- Lived through so many near death expierences that I've lost count
- Been in the ballet The Snow Queen, and a Musical
- Only fallen off a horse 7 times in 13 years of riding
- Volunteered At: Preforming Arts, Jazz Festival, Vet Hospitle, Dairy Farm, Morgan Farm, co-op farm, farmers market, and some others
- Moved over 20 times in my life
- Been to L.A., Boston, New York, D.C., Cape Cod, Portland, Niagra (canada side), Ground Zero, St. Augustine on the day they fire the cannons in full uniform, Dallas, Hartford, Jacksonville, Disney World, Sanibel and Captiva Islands, and tons of other intresting places
- Want to travel to: Scotland, Ireland, England, Seina Italy, Alaska, Hawaii, Peru, Australia, New Zealand, Mongolia, Colorado, Chincoteague, The Great Wall of China, etc.
- The first book I ever read on my own was Ogden Nash's Zoo
- Ridden Dustin Hoffmen's horse so many times I couldn't count
and some other stuff ^^
Clocky helped me with the ponies yesterday. ^^ Few things I like better then playing with the horses in good weather. Even got Spencer's tail washed and braided, muha! Then we grabbed milk and such, and then a Klondike at the gas station. I was seriously craving ice cream ^^;
Can't wait to get the boat out! Damn the weather is nice, sunny, slightly breezy and not too hot.
Been messing around in Photoshop a lot lately, the damn thing is addictive! I can't color for shit though ;.; But I have made two spiffy backgrounds, a Sleeping Beauty one and a horse one.
Found a bunch of old pictures yesterday. Including some of me on my sixth birthday, riding Crackers. ^^ I should scan them in... hmm something to do, coolness.
Anyhoo think I'll go read in the sun. ^^
