Summary: Mosaruun and Anka kiss and make up.
Notes: I'm still debating on if this is canon or not. Good grief. Also, would take place after the events of NaNo 2013. FYI, Anka Gabor is the Gatekeeper to the Realms. Anka and Mosaruun have a love-hate relationship. Also, written while the song "Fallen Angel" by Vlad In Tears played on my iTunes.
Anka had turned to walk away from the argument, but Mosaruun had firmly grabbed her by the wrist in order to stop her. She cast him a rather nasty glare, but was met by a rare glare of his own.
He was excessively easygoing, and she was far too serious. Ever since their first encounter, they did nothing but bicker. Sometimes, though… Sometimes they made each other smile.
They were silent for a moment that seemed to last decades. Finally, the Mercenary moved.
He pushed toward her in an instant and pinned her against the wall. His hands on both sides of her head, he placed his knee between her legs to prevent her escape. The Gatekeeper had no clue what she did to him, at times. Despite the fact that she was still glaring, the redhead suddenly leaned in and kissed her.
He was not gentle. In fact, the Russian woman seemed to return the kiss with just as much hunger and fervor as was given. Mosaruun moved closer, pressing into her. Anka ran her nails down his back. They were lost in the moment.
A knock at the door paused that moment.
Breathing heavy, they looked at each other in a silent truce from their previous argument. The Mercenary stole another kiss from the Gatekeeper’s lips before he pushed himself away from her. He quickly composed himself and cast her one final glance before he silently slipped out of the door, shutting it behind him.
