I woke up and noticed the white decoration of the room I was in. Val must have had a woman decorate for him cause there was no way in hell he did this himself. After sitting up and stretching, I held my head which was slightly pounding. Leave it to Valentino to get me drunk. At least he didn’t take advantage of my drunkenness or something like that. I had to give him credit because I must have been all over him last night. I definitely remembered the fiery kiss he gave me that shocked me all the way to my toes. When he did it, it was a surprise and surprisingly it was what I needed.

I pulled my knees up to my chest and sighed looking down, noticing the orange short t-shirt that I was wearing over my black bikini style underwear. “What the…? This is my shirt from a long time ago!” I exclaimed looking at the black palm trees etched in it. It was true. There were times back then that Val and I would exchange each other things or in the throws of passion, leave something of ours in the other person’s house. This must have been one of them because I hadn’t seen this shirt since freshman year of high school. But why did he still have it? I shook my head at that thought, then frowned at a certain object across the bed on a table. I crawled over, ignoring my headache and when I saw the object face to face, I silently gasped.

It was a picture of Valentino and myself. We were at a springtime school fair hugging each other. Seeing Val’s wide happy smile brought slight tears to my eyes and a strong pang of nostalgia. This was what I missed. I missed being happy, I missed having fun and I missed being….loved. He was my baby back then. I felt my heart thump wildly seeing how tightly he was holding me. He made me very happy, emotionally and physically. Then…he fucked it up. I quickly wiped what little tears were in my eyes and decided it was time to get up.

I slipped out of the white contemporary style bed, feeling how cold the marble floor was on my feet. "My head feels like crap...I need to find something to take care of this." I mumbled. I stopped short on the way, looking down at my state of undress. There was no way I was going to come out with just a tee shirt and panties on! Val wouldn't know how to act! Opening a nearby closet, I opted for a black silk robe and slipped it on.

My brain tried to decide which feeling to focus on more; the hot raging pounding of my head or the smooth cooling silk of the robe against my legs. It took no time choosing my head and I moaned, opening the door. It was dark coming out into the hallway and after looking left and right, I noticed another room with a slightly cracked door. I silently headed there and peeked in.

The room was a beige color with a bed almost identical to mine in the middle. This one was covered with a dark brown bedspread though. The blinds were slightly open as well, giving the room a warm cozy glow. My eyes met with the bed once more, seeing Val lying on one side of the king sized bed with one arm dangling. He looked so dear and sweet that I almost wanted to climb in the bed next to him and cuddle him like a teddy.

Resisting that weird urge, I turned and tiptoed down the hallway to the kitchen. I stopped in shock however, when I came out into the light. Wherever I was...I definitely wasn't in a regular house! Glass windows and smooth dark brown almost black tile were everywhere as well as more modern furniture. Even the dark gray kitchen looked smooth, polished and hi-tech. I headed into the kitchen, looking into a few cabinets that I thought some pain reliever would be located in. But when I got failure after failure, I finally gave up and settled for a cup of water.

The water quenched my thirst, but it did nothing for the raging lion inside my stomach, so I knew I had to eat something as well. Food helped out hangovers, last I heard. I opened the steel refrigerator; my eyes widening at the abundance of food that was in front of my face. I grabbed some eggs, bacon and some cheese to make an omelette for myself. But then I thought about Val and how ravenous he used to be in the morning and then doubled the amount of food, smirking to myself.
