Summary: Just some silliness. There’s a lunch thief at the Blaze office.
Firebird stared into the refrigerator for a moment longer before shutting it. She walked to her office, wrote a quick note on a post-it, and walked back to the kitchen. She put her note on the fridge by the door handle where everyone would see it.
Then she very calmly went to her office and got back to work.

Nicky Nails wandered over to the kitchen to see if there was any coffee left from this morning. The blue note on the otherwise pristine refrigerator door caught his eye. He glanced it over then snorted and continued on his way to the coffeepot.

“-so I pulled out a baseball bat and he changed his tune real fast after that.”
“Holy shit.”
Tommy looked back at Handsome Willy. He was standing frozen in front of the fridge. “What?”
Handsome Willy pointed at the blue note by the door. “Isn’t that the Boss’ handwriting?”
Tommy went to stand by Willy. They both stared blankly at the note.
“Someone’s going to die.”

“Did you do it?”
Romeo looked up at his brother. “Do what?”
Luka dropped into a seat and grinned. “Someone stole the Boss’ lunch. She left a note on the fridge. The way the boys are acting, she might as well have put a bomb in the vegetable crisper.”
Romeo smirked. “Did you eat it?”
“Not me. You?”
“I’m not that dumb.”

Firebird walked into the kitchen and opened the fridge. It was never empty but today it was stuffed to the brim with white boxes from a number of different Italian restaurants.
She pulled one of the boxes out and opened it. Fettucini dorante. She peeked into another box. Same.
Firebird smiled, took the note off the fridge, and ate her lunch.
