Hi, I was following a link from Vexed's email to me regarding the whole sprinkles and stuff. I didn't (and don't really) understand it, so I decided to read your piece to see if I could figure this stuff out. I still can't, but I digress. I wanted you to know I actually cried reading these snapshots. I haven't the faintest idea what is really going on with this yet, but my point it: I lost my father in 2006 to cancer, and it being father's day, I miss him terribly. Reading these, even the angry ones made my heart ache for him (in a good way). Something about these really touched me and I just wanted you to know that atleast one person out here in the world has read your work and I think it is beautiful! Thank you.

Rainbow sprinkles has to do with how major the characters are to your story. Ivy and Gina (and about six other people) are the most important to my story, so any story not about them or with them not in a central role would have rainbow sprinkles. If that helps.

As for the rest of your comment, wow. I'm so amazed that this managed to touch you that much, and sorry for your loss. I'm so glad you liked it this much, and that it made you think of your father in a good way. So, basically, thank you so much. This comment means a lot to me. Thank you.

...totally see what you mean about Olivia possibly being spoiled beyond ridiculousness. Oh Hugh. A horse, really? DO CHILDREN REALLY NEED HORSES? Think this through.

Jake! You rock. Also, David seems like he was a good type of dude, kinda sad he died so soon. Go Gary! Damn right books are awesome. Nathan, you are the best dad, ilu. SCREW YOU FRANK, SERIOUSLY. AND BRAD I HATE YOU I AM GLAD YOU DIE IN AN AU. Fucker. OMG THE OT3 PARENTING. ADORABLE. <3 Also Robert, I know you don't completely suck, but screw that noise about what boys might think, seriously. Lol, poor Henrick, and so much lulz at Aaron figuring out why child leashes were invented. EXACTLY. I feel kind of bad for Chris. It's obvious how much he loves those kids.

Great job!

He did! He got her riding lessons instead. So there's at least one thing Yvonne is good for; she kept Olivia from becoming COMPLETLEY spoiled.

David was a good dude! And is a large part of the reason Jake is such a good dad. Gary is an English teacher, so he tries to spread the love of literacy to his kids, and Nathan just likes playing dead. :D Frank and Brad can die in a fire. OT3 PARENTING IS THE BEST. Also, Robert I swear is just trying to protect his little girl, even if he's going about it in a very fifties way. Henrik and Aaron are TRYING OKAY. Chris is a good dad. A bad husband, but a good dad.

Thank you!

Chris adores his kids. He's a crappy husband, but he is a fantastic father, and I should probably do more with that. Summer loves fractals and frankly they're tons of fun, and also, yes, Molly is going to be SO much trouble. <3

Thank you!

This is excellent! Agreed that Brad and Frank need to go die in a fire. Aaron's made me laugh - of course one of them would be able to get free and of course it would be Molly! Thomas is too freakin' cute! I'm so glad for the show White Collar right now so that I know what a fractal is :P The one with Nathan also made me laugh - of course Ivy (and Aaron) would pillage his body. Goodness!

Very nicely done :D

Thank you very much! I had NO IDEA what I was going to do about Sarsparilla and then Father's Day rolled around and this just happened. I'm so glad you liked all the little snippets, and that they all worked for you as a whole.
