Sarah just thinks she'd be a horrible mom, so she does everything she can to make sure Chloe sees her as an aunt. (Which I know works, because the closest thing Chloe has to a mom in her mind is Nicoletta.)

This part of the surrogacy was a lot, lot harder than Sarah had expected it to be. It got a little easier after she moved in with Rayne, I think.
