“That’s it, just hold your hand like this-”
“Oh, it’s-!”
Matthew laughed, the sound rippling through the darkness. “Yeah, it’s not as difficult as you thought, is it?”
Summerskill’s laugh echoed his own. “I can’t believe it.”
He raised one eyebrow, grin wide across his face. “You’re floating in the composing vacuum and you can’t believe this?”
“I just- I didn’t think I’d be able to do this!” His bright gaze was fixed on the growing sphere between both hands.
How he kept the smugness from his voice he didn’t know. “I told you it wasn’t difficult.”
Summerskill simply smiled.
