This is cute and at the same time it shows so well why Cooper, Francis and the others care so much about Ciro. He would have meant a lot to them hadn't Christina had problems giving birth before but I think that issue adds to how special Ciro becomes to all of them. They are so nervous and Francis seems to be all negative and worried about it while Cooper prefers to think about all the great stuff they'll be able to do with the baby.
