The real Genevieve knows heartbreak and loss; her fiance was killed in the Gas Riots of 3312 and she's not had a serious relationship since. Her parents are also dead, so she's alone except for the few close frends who form a sort of family.
When she's not on stage, Gen is in her lab. She's determined to escape the dying planet (Lyrron) by adapting technology to use what's left of the natural resources; a determination that results in her meeting Lucian Hoyt, who will change her life forever.
