poor guy, I can imagine I'd feel the same way - even with just a really good memory, I kind of feel that way - the thought of keeping every detail...it's scary

The description makes it sound really bad and I can tell that Taisy feels the same from the way she seems so confident before he tells her and then her sentences get less structured to muttering strings of meaningless words. I can picture her expression so well.

Oh, Victor :( That's a really apt description of the feeling, though it makes me sad that he pulled that out RIGHT AWAY when she asked. Means he's had a bit of time to think about it, poor guy. Taisy definitely got more than she bargained for with that answer.
