Thanks. :) Jude's a very, very minor character-- Isaac is the second-to-main character in the actual story, although he's an adult in that. Jude sort of appeared when I was sketching out Isaac's past and, yup, I love him too.

There's nothing else written (yet) in which Jude actually appears, he's only mentioned every now and again. My brownie called "Foxholt Alley Orphanage" pretty much explains Isaac's entire backstory, not that I'm obliging you to read it or anything. XD I noticed you'd sort of vanished, hopefully your muse has made a triumphant return and we'll be reading more of your stuff soon. :D Thank you!

Oh poop, sucks when that happens. I never have a clue whether my fingers or my brain do better at writing, to be honest... some of my best sentences have been written without much thought, but so have my most facepalm-worthy. XDD Writing, why so complex?

There have been tons of amazing stuff posted on RaTs recently, I missed a ton during the middle of NaNo and I'm not sure I'm going to have time to catch up... oh well, the good thing is that more lovely pieces of writing always show up soon enough. :)

Awwwww. This is really sweet, but it makes me sad, both because of Emily's eerie sobbing and the way that foreshadows what happens to Jude. Poor Isaac. At least he was trying to do good. Great job!

I really like the picture you paint with this piece. Isaac wanting to give Emily the sockish doll made me "aww" and Jude seems like a good brother. I feel bad for all of them, of course :(

:( This is so sad. I do love Jude quite a lot after reading it, though. He's a great big brother and it seems like he does a good job looking out for the other two.

Oh God, you would not believe how much I have started to love Jude. Unfortunately he's one of the most tragic characters I've ever written. ;-; Maybe I should do a Jude's-life-story brownie... though I don't know if it'll even reach brownie length.
