Oh dear, Lars. You are such an idiot! *shakes head* You deserved it. When Ivy almost knocked down his door, I was cheering her on, but ended up just sad about the whole thing :( Ivy is what he needed, but it's sad that he had to do that to Summer too. *kicks him* Hurting Summer is like kicking the cutest puppy ever. You just DON'T do it! Nicely written - hope we see more of this, because I can't stand to see both him and Summer unhappy!

In fairness to him, he really thought he was in love with her, and he was drunk. But that still doesn't excuse being a bastard to Summer. And he will grovel. Oh, how he will grovel.

Ivy wouldn't punch him. She'd rather just let him beat himself up. Less effort for her.

Oh, Lars.
Even more: oh, Summer.

This was heartbreaking! Lars being all heartbroken was a sad enough start, but I totally didn't see the rest of it coming. Summer didn't deserve any of what she got, but at the same time you pulled it off without making me 100% hate Lars or think "He wouldn't do that!" because with the tide of emotion and the alcohol it was totally believable.

I wonder how they'll reconcile? And I mean with ANY of them. As always, I totally love Ivy. Go girl! <3

They'll manage. I should point out that it's Ivy and Aaron who are pissed at Lars (well, and now he's pissed at himself), because Summer geniunely thinks it's her fault now. And oh boy will he have to bend over backwards to make up for that to his own satisfaction, much less Ivy and Aaron's. Thank you so much for reading, and for your compliments! So, okay, you have a part two of this with Aaron, right? This was a pretty awesome piece of writing; tragic, but awesome. I feel bad for Summer, but glad she has her family around her. Really thought Ivy was going to break something (or someone) there. Nicely done :)

I will at some point, yeah. The actual part two I have written is Lars grovelling. And Ivy totally would have broken Lars's nose if he hadn't shown a satisfying tendency to beat himself up so she didn't have to. Thanks for reading!
