Oo, ominous! Not sure I've read any of this plot but I like Chase's gentleness and Mr D's banter with the kids, I wonder what's bothering him though? Suppose I'll have to wait and see...

May I ask how a smoothie is composed? XD Did you two discuss over an instant messenger thing or something?

Yeah, we actually do it all over AIM instead of chatting like normal :) But there ARE different ways to do it, that's just how we've always done it.

I had to go read the rest to figure out what was going on first. I actually got a little nervous along with Chase there, wondering what he was talking to his dad about, now I'm curious what it is.

I'm glad you did! Going back to that first piece and seeing your comment made me smile a lot.

We're going to get to the problem as soon as we can. It is definitely something to be nervous about, but Chase's dad will do his best to help.

yay :) It always makes me really happy to get comments on old stuff too. I love how that works out with rats, that old stuff isn't dead, we can all go back and check it out. I have your Shifts index bookmarked, intending to tackle some of that when I get a chance.
