God, everyone needs a mum like that. Seriously kick-ass. I enjoyed this incredibly blunt snippet: "Poor Ellen. Well, she'll be all right." It was a laugh out loud moment. I don't even know much about this particular little thread of the story, but it still felt sooo good. XD
