Aw, I like this! I love the dynamic between Micheal and Danny, especially, and Aaron seems wonderful. (Also, yay for asexual characters!)

I think this is my favourite bit though:

"I would die in an hour," Aaron said. "Why do you think I never signed up?"

She snorted, and shouldered the door open. "Wash out, die, same difference. Oh, hi."
