Very very well written. I adore the fairy tale feel of this piece. I like that no one here really comes off very well, but at the same time I cannot really dislike any of the characters. Awesome story.

I like the strong fantasy voice this piece has. It sounds like an old fashioned fairy tale, and there are few of them around these days. Will be interesting to see where this goes :)

Definitely a fairy tale beginning- it sounds like one through and through. Also, I like Tansy immediately even though she's barely here. :D Can't wait to see what becomes of Sorrel, though. Welcome to RATS! A splendid beginning, and I look forward to more!
