:( This moment is so well described! Its so sad that Adri can't say 'I love you' and yet its good because she doesn't lie to Sarah in anyway. ♥

It would be so much simpler if Adrianna could love Sarah back. Unfortunately life (and my story, apparently) doesn't work that way. In the beginning, these characters were supposed to end up together, but I've realized since then that it's just not meant to be.

But at least I get some nice angst out of it. Thanks for reading!

Thank you! I always worry when I try and do dramatic pieces that I'll go overboard. I'm much more comfortable with humorous type situations that I am anything that involves angst and whatnot.

And don't worry about Sarah. Things get better for her, in the long run. :D

It's really sad that Adrianna can't return Sarah's feelings, but I'm glad they're back on the road to normal, for them at least. Sarah now needs to share some of her baked goods :P I love Sarah's reasonings too about why she was never mad at Adrianna and what Angie did - she's really perceptive.

As much as I love Adrianna and Sarah, they would never work as a couple because they each want very different things in a relationship. It would be fine for a while, but in the long run... It would just lead to bad things. :(

Sarah is much more intelligent than she gives herself credit for, though it does shine through when it matters. This scene, for instance. Thanks for reading!

Awww, what a lovely little piece. Their reconciliation seems pretty perfect for them, Adri all stumbling and unhappy and trying to apologize and Sarah brusque and trying to convey that it's okay no really, and there's a nice little bite of angst at the end. Beautiful job. It delivered. :D

:( I am very glad they made up, but I feel bad for Adrianna because she still feels guilty. Sarah will find someone awesome, I'm sure, and I don't doubt that things will work out for Adrianna in the end as well.
