Cirio walked after his personal servant to meet his older cousin Ralph, Von following them from behind---rather scared for his best friend. He expected his brother to show no mercy. Although Cirio had practiced, though usually slacking off to wander around the town, he still had no match to the powerful Ralph.
The young prince’s mind rushed back to when he was only seventeen. Pyros’s earth shook, the ground cracked and everything that once stood fell. And that too, had included the next heir to the throne of Pyros. Daw Crestlin, Cirio’s older brother, perished.
He didn’t forget that.
