Thank you. I'm glad this seemed to work for you.

Yeah, Jaida's life hasn't been all sunshine and rainbows, despite the fact she's fairly cheerful (if cracked) in the main story. I think I need to throw her a bone for this in particular, though.

...That would be because I'm crap at depicting very powerful emotions. -_- Especially negative ones. I get lucky sometimes, but for the most part, it's just that - luck - if I get things right.

But thank you for pointing it out; now that I know it's still an issue, I'll try to work on getting better at it. Or try to explain Jaida's lack of trauma away later, or something.
