Sakura bullied him into teaching her to defend herself. Sano had to admit she probably didn’t need it, all she had to do was yell at them enough and they’d do what she wanted.
“Grip it tightly, like this,“ He demonstrated. “Not that tightly!”
“Well I don’t think it matters,” she commented, following through on the swing like he’d shown her,“Because you won’t let me use the real one anyway.”
“Oh no, no one uses real swords until they’ve got at least three years experience under their belt.” Sano explained.
“I’m starting from scratch.” Sakura teased, her eyes twinkling.
