“Hey Luca...?”
“Yes Cissie?”
“I was wondering- what’s the list in your folder about?”
“It’s a list of things I need to do” said Luca. “You can read it if you like”
“Oh, thanks!” Cissie grinned, taking the folder.
The two girls sat in silence as Cissie read through the list. Luca fiddled with her hair, Cissie’s face growing more appalled with each passing line.
“Learn to cook using a microwave?” Cissie whispered under her breath. “You don’t know how to use a microwave?”
“The buttons confuse me” Luca shrugged, avoiding her friend’s shocked stare. “They put me off eating”
