Greetings, Earthlings!

And greetings to the non-earthlings. I don't discriminate. :D

So, hello there! I am Kura; lovely to meet you all. I've been looking around lately for a good writing community to join, and this seems like a pretty awesome one, so count me in.

Um, a bit about my writing... I'm not much of a novelist though I've tried many times; I'm very disorganized with a tinytiny attention span and the ability to create plot totally escapes me, so I just have a ton of different characters and worlds I like to write about where nothing ever really happens. I'm big on character-driven story and capturing a scene or a mood and stream of consciousness rather than actually telling a tale, though I am kind of trying to improve on that.

I tend to have a hint of romance (if not just a flat-out romance story) in whatever I write and a little bit of darkness (though I've been known to write pure fluff as well), but I can't really say there's any particular genre I usually write. Lately I've been doing a lot of contemporary realistic writing, though I love reading fantasy. The majority of my characters are male and almost all of the romance I write is male/male; that's just my preference and I can't explain why without a massive speculative psychoanalytical ramble.

I have a handful of somewhat-established stories/worlds/character groups, but I don't know yet which ones I'll write about first, so maybe I'll come back and edit this post as I write about them.

Question: It's okay for me to skip around and write about completely different characters/worlds while on the same prompt list, right?

For future reference, concrit is always appreciated but of course that's not the reason I'm here, and a comment poking fun at some silly thing my character did is appreciated just as much.

...so, in conclusion! Seems like it shall be very nice to be here, and I'll begin reading and writing shortly.

Please use "kura" for my author tag.

PS: I love the bunny theme, tehehe.
PPS: *facepalm* I just posted this to my regular journal instead. Fail.
