When Mike opens the door, Darcy's standing there with a baby on her hip.
"I need a favor" she says
"Darce-"
"So I called into this radio contest and now I've got to get to Chili's to bob for tickets to Modest Mouse. Can you watch Crystal 'til I get back?"
"But-"
She thrusts the kid into Mike's arms. "You're fantastic! Gotta go stick my head in some salsa now!"
As the door closes, Lonnie joins Mike in the entryway, eyeing Crystal with suspicion.
"Where did that come from?" he asks.
She looks at Lonnie and begins to wail.
kind of a teaser pocky, mostly inspired by Sly's dare. which will definitely be about this incident ;)
