"It looks like you got hit by shrapnel! Are those teeth marks?"
"Oh. Shit." He covers the offending marks with his hand. "I thought those would have faded by now."
"Christ! Tell your boyfriend you're not a chew toy!"
He makes a face. "Um...you think anyone will notice?"
"Oh no. A roomful of people staring at you intently are definitely not going to notice. "
"B..."
She grins. "You were going to say 'bite me,' weren't you."
"Shut up."
