There are a few things about this place that I can surmise. It exists on the surface, as I can see the stars. The architecture is unfamiliar to me, so I must be far removed from the Prime Material Plane, or very far from Icewind Dale in any case.

What need I know of this place?

And there are curses placed upon us every few days. Some are mild and others are not.
