I've seen a few people over journals acting... oddly lately. Is there another flood on? It doesn't seem to have affected me this time, thankfully.

If your inmate acts like she's in love with you, that means the flood hit her. We aren't affected this time around, thankfully.

I don't know what everyone's freaking out about either. Apparantly something happened last night, but I seem to have slept through it and missed it.
