It reminds me of the way photos at the end of a roll of film come out, a bit.

I don't know about that. Digital film is definitely the dominant medium now, but just like there are plenty of people who swear by vinyl over everything else, I have to think that there will continue to be a hardcore group of people who stick to film cameras in spite of the relative inconvenience and cost.

Or at least I hope so, because yeah.

Or, according to Rob's link, pretty much not. Sad. :(

If I don't manually set the white balance the camera decides what it should be for every photo... so as I'm panning right to left it's changing the white balance due to the various light sources in the photos.

Ahhh, that makes sense. It still looks really neat even if it was unintended, though, I think.
