what?!??! no camp stove?!?!?!?

well i have to say, the camping trip was a complete success. although we did forget some key ingredients for our trip, like the newspaper, the grape juice, the cd player, the bibles, i had an absolutely wonderful time and i am now a big fan of camping. i learned many valuable camping lessons on this trip too, for instance, when you forget newspaper to build a fire, you can use orca whale watching brochures (which burn green and are pretty sweet). also, a "twin" sized air mattress can fit 2 people fairly comfortably, 3 people a bit uncomfortably and 4 people is a bit of a stretch... apparently time DOESN"T exist when you're camping, except when rachel and kelsey wake up super hyper at 4:30 am and then we're told to go back to bed and wait for morning.

and just for reference... it is completely possible to survive without a campstove. we only had one near death with water, but that's probably because we were unable to brin the inflatable boat and we found a closed boat rental place and we were going to just take the boats out on our own, but there were 10 of them changed together, adn we figured that 4 paddle boats, 6 canoes adn no paddles would be a bit of a bold strategy...

but yeah, i am a BIG fan of camping and next time we go i am soooo prepared and maybe i'll even share my amazing biscuit cooking recipe.

thanks to everyone who made my trip a blast!!!
