So I already posted about my amazing workout this morning.
My day has been pretty good!! I had net calories of 920 and even tried a new dinner that was both healthy and pretty good that I normally wouldn't try/like. I'm not a huge fish person! But it wasn't bad! Got my laundry room painted. One last wall to finish tomorrow then paint the hall and touch up the bathroom!
My thing I'm most happy about was my drive during my workout! I was exhausted and dripping in sweat. Started getting shakey because I hadn't eaten much the last couple days. Downed a protein bar and some water and kept going. Pretty proud of myself. Back to the gym for more crossfit tomorrow! Wahoo!
And could this really be the start if collar bones finally showing or is it just me?!
