(no subject)
The house is so clean and everything is sparkling. My mum and I have spent yesterday and today just cleaned the entire house from top to bottom. Due to all the recent building work there is so much dust on surfaces.
I've now done all my Christmas shopping and the items I ordered on line all arrived today except one which Amazon have said should be here on Friday. I have spent quite a lot of moeny on presents this year. More than intended however I have managed to find quite a few extra things this year because my mum is planning on leaving work in the new year and start doing more creative things. I have bought her a range of tools and books that should get her started. Normally my dad is incredibly difficult to buy for but I've found a few gifts.
Mum came along to the acoustic night last night and it was her first time she heard Darren play the guitar and sing. She really enjoyed the evening and was impressed with Darren. Her favourite song he played was 'Creep' and thought he did an excellent job of it.
I completed my last physio session yesterday. The physio said that she won't be applying for more sessions with the third party peeps but if I start feeling sore and stiff again in the new year I have to let them or Darren know. So we'll see how it goes. Even though the sessions were great I am glad it's finished because it's like the whole event is coming to an end now. All I have to do now is wait for my compensation.
Another cat keeps coming into the house and last night abut 3am I heard it in the kitchen, eating Travis' Iams and then it came into the hall and started crying out. At the time Travis was on my bed and he heard this cat downstairs, however he didn't move. He just growled. I decided to stay put because I really didn't want a cat fight at 3am in the house and I was just too cosy and warm in bed. I wonder which cat it is because there's been a few lurking in the back garden recently. I don't believe any of them are strays though.
