R.I.P. Virginia

a close friend of the family died. she was in many ways very much like a grandmother to me, and offered me acceptance where my real grandmother has not yet been able to. she was 90, and lived a wonderful life, with three husbands, and more adventures than i can count. i was lucky enough to pay her a visit during the summer... i only wish i had had more time to spend with her.

i will miss her terribly.
