I just rode 15 miles in an hour and 10 min.
This is not bad considering there was a headwind on the ride home and about 80% humidity. I had to stop to drink twice. I am now ready to get cleaned up and do nothing the rest of the night.
Oh, but I probably should eat.
This is progress right?
