Still hasn't sunk in! I can sit here and update without feeling guilty, because I'm not supposed to be doing something else. The concept is finding it difficult to permeate my brain.
Danwise and I went to see Richard III at the New Vic courtesy of Peter Cheeseman, Dan's new boss who's the big cheese in UK theatre (see what I did there? WELL DID YOU?!). It was excellently good, although Richard III done via the medium of tapdance took a while to get used to. Plus, through the first half all I could think of was that Red Dwarf episode where Lister and Rimmer are stuck on the snow-planet, and Rimmer's trying to remember the opening speech of Richard III but all he can come up with is "NOW..." in this weird nasal voice.
Danwise told me about a sign he'd seen in an outdoor-shop window - "Now is the winter of our discount tents". Fucking brilliant. I'd have bought a tent just for that, and I hate camping.
Sooo. What shall I do now? Shall I lunch with a friend? Do a bit of writing? Draw Becs' portrait for the housemate requests? Troll the ES forums? Write some much-delayed email replies? Go shopping? Have a gratuitous cup of tea? Ooh, I just can't decide. THAT'S BECAUSE I'VE FINISHED MY DEGREE, BITCHES. YEAH, I SAID IT.
