so i totally saw my first rat . . .
It was grey and monstrous and scuttling around under the subway tracks at Morgan station. We had gone out there to see this free Hitchcock movie showing of two shorts and a full movie. haha, one of the shorts was called The Creeper about some serial killer who preys on young women in the city, blah blah. Not especially comforting :) It was pretty great though -- not air-conditioned or anything (eh), but it's neat that they have stuff like this going on.
strangely though, my first rat wasn't really what i had expected - I thought he'd be smaller, sneakier. wearing a little matching vest and hat like in cinderella ... oh well.
